Not every customer has a perfect roof.  Sometimes, we find out that there are 3 layers of shingles on the roof.  Sometimes we find out that there are missing shingles, leading to holes and eventual leaks.  Our site technicians are extremely thorough with home evaluations as we want to make sure the roof is ready for solar.  There are even tax incentives in place specifically for repairs!
